EZAssist and SharedToday ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ezassist.com, sharedtoday.com website (the "Service").

Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Data that we receive and store
We receive the messages that users send to your page inbox and respond with the messages you define in EZAssist from the chatbot. We also receive the comments and facebook feed data and present that you inside EZAssist for your responses and easier visibility. You can access and manage the lead data using EZAssist. In order to perform these activities you access the page token once you authorize the app.
Data we DO NOT Store
Image and attachments from facebook. We just strore the link of images/attachments from facebook. We DO NOT download or store actual attachment
How long do we keep the data
As long as your subscription is active, we keep your data. However you may not reply to the leads older than 24 hours as it is outside of the messaging window defined by facebook. You can use our free plan for life long with minimum available features. After your subscriptin is totall cancelled we will purge all the data after one month. If you plan to keep the data and come back to reuse our system, please keep the subscription to Free Plan so that you dont get charged but the data remains in our platform.
Request to delete data
If you want to delete data for your account permanently please send a request to helpdesk@looselycoupled.org with the time period or all the data you want to purge. Remember: Purged Data Cannot be Recovered. If you are using contact/lead data - all tasks and associated history will be deleted as well. If you are requesting to delete Order and Transaction Data - all associated product, delivery details of the order/transaction will be deleted as well
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
We use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
